History

The Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center began as the Grandview Rest-home Association in 1975, after numerous local citizens organized and founded the association. The home was created in the spirit of serving the needs of the Grandview Community with Love and Care. The project was greatly challenged as fund raising fell short until Alton and Fay Talbert stepped in and provided the necessary funds to complete the building project. Since inception the Home has provided a wonderful nurturing place for Senior Members of Grandview and surrounding communities to live comfortably and enjoy the last years of their lives. Also, the Home’s services have grown to provide successful rehabilitation those with physical needs so residents may return to their home and live in comfort.

Over the years the Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center has set a Standard for Long Term Care as it has and continues to maintain a 5 Star Rating. The Facility is well known Statewide and has a stellar reputation. Due to our small size there is almost always a waiting list for potential residents. Currently the Center has 82 beds and 98 employees that provides Long Term Care and Rehabilitation with tremendous success. The Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center is now and has always been Community Owned as a 501c3 Corporation and is a Blessing to the Grandview Community.
